Additionally, a direct disclosure to the student in writing is required in regulation 34 CFR 668.43(c) by the education institution if the program leading to licensure or certification falls in one of the latter two categories above.
*There are proposed changes to the USDE regulations that must be released as final by November 1, 2023, in order for the regulations to become final no later than July 1, 2024.
