This annual report covers the period from Oct. 1, 2021 to Sept. 30, 2022. The purpose of this report is to provide a comprehensive overview of the activities, achievements and financial performance of the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators (ICNLCA) throughout the report period.
