This annual report covers the period from Oct. 1, 2021 to Sept. 30, 2022. The purpose of this report is to provide a comprehensive overview of the activities, achievements and financial performance of the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators (ICNLCA) throughout the report period. It provides a snapshot of recent accomplishments and a preview of what we have yet to achieve as a commission in fiscal year 2023 (FY23). 

The NCLEX uses Computer Adaptive Technology (CAT). This video explains why CAT is used for NCLEX and how it works. Topics covered include item selection and pass/fail rules.
