    So if you don't have a clinical educator that's prepared to take whatever kind of patients on that unit and gear the learning activities to the concepts from class, it really doesn't matter if the concept from class looks at communication or sharing information, medical layers, whatever it might be. If you're with women for women's health, or you're with telemetry, you can still find experiences to link that clinical with the class. Specialty Practice Settings Overall, respondents reported working the most in nursing homes (44.6% paper, 37.9% Web) and long-term care (26.7% paper, 24.2% Web) settings. Medical/surgical settings were reported by 14.2% of paper respondents (20.5% Web), rehabilitation by 6.7% paper (5.6% Web) and 5.7% paper (5.6% Web) respondents reported working in other settings. Types and Ages of Clients The majority of respondents reported caring for adult clients aged 65 to 85 (74.3% paper, 71.3% Web), clients over the age of 85 (47.1% paper, 40.2% Web), and clients aged 31 to 64 (45.5% paper, 43.8% Web).

    I believe I am, regulations at the heart of what I do. When I was at the agency at TLR, a couple of things that we had going on is we had over 40 programs. So, we had the Air Conditioning Contracting Board, and we had weather modification. We had 13 health and medical programs. We did boxing. My name is on every elevator in the state of Texas, every gas pump, even though you don't want that when prices are going up. They think you're the one that made them go up. But it was quite involved. Our agency was bordering on nearly a million licensees.
