The others are trailing just behind. Physician's assistants, it's moving pretty well. They're newer. Social work. The mental health fields are moving very swiftly. Then, most of you know about physical therapy. That's been out there a bit longer. Of course, Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission, which Rick also represents. But we're seeing this movement. I think there's a much greater understanding of who we are and what we do in the compact world. But we're still working on it. You know, we're still trying to really convince the legislative bodies that have concerns.

A lot of money, a lot of time, a lot of energy and they die in the mine. The second is they finish, and in some regards, they finish in a textbook way. And oftentimes the technology folks... and for the tech folks in the room, I'm currently an interim CIO for a medical device company, the executive roles I play are CIO roles, so I'm with you. I understand the trials and tribulations of marrying technology with business. And so from a technology perspective, often we deliver very sound, textbook, wonderful systems that could be written up as case studies, but why do they fail?

And when we went city to city, I'm just saying we taught some of these same concepts and they were effective. But we also had in our participating with us, first responders that were like firefighters, police officers, and they listened to a lot of what we said that made sense to the medical community, and they said, "We're not going to do that. I can tell you right now, we're not going to comply with that." And what happened? Did you see some resistance from first responders? We did in Florida quite a bit. That was one of the first sources of conflict in terms of vaccination, in terms of masking.
