It could be anything that is certified by a particular public agency with a seal that would be something that would be considered a certified copy of a record. Then you have official publications. Once again, it speaks for itself. There's an explanation there being a book, a pamphlet, any type of publication that is issued by the governmental authority, and that could be a local authority, that could be your state authority, your federal authority, those would fall under your official publication authentication method there.
