ICRS is an educational initiative, presented by NCSBN, that offers online and blended courses designed to cultivate and elevate nursing leaders and policymakers around the world. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), a person is considered to have a disability if that individual 1- has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities; 2- has a record of having such an impairment; or 3- is regarded as having such an impairment. An accommodation is an adjustment and modification that provides participants with disabilities equal access to programs and courses; however, an accommodation does not guarantee an outcome or level of achievement.
