    Following the work of the first panel, a second group of SMEs was convened with one panelist bridging the two groups. This second panel reviewed the activity statements and then developed knowledge statements for each activity statement. The link between knowledge statements and activity statements can be seen in Appendix I, which reflects the statements developed by the SME panelists during the meeting. Subsequent to their meeting, knowledge statements were reviewed by the NCLEX® Examination Committee. The statements in Appendix I reflect the knowledge statements developed by the SMEs.
