And surely that has to be of assistance to you with having facilities across 26 states. The Nurse Licensure Compact allows a nurse to care for patients. Either telephonically, digitally, or physically on one license, one multistate license, instead of having to get multiple licenses in every one of those states. And in this day and age, more and more patients are seeking care across a state line.

A 2,080- hour practice requirement was included as a uniform licensure requirement to obtain a multistate license, a practical solution to achieve licensure mobility for APRNs, without imposing the restrictions of a TTP on licensees. After analyzing TTPs across the country in 2018, the most common length was 2,080 hours, so, the number was chosen to enable a majority of states with the TTP roadblock to have a better chance of successfully enacting the APRN Compact.

It's in our software as we continue to interface. When we book a flight, AI is right there beside us. It also shows up in our Google searches. And yes, even when we file our taxes. And now it's beginning to become integrated into our healthcare systems. Just to point out one of my recent interactions that I had with a chatbot, I discovered this chatbot when applying for a tax credit here in my home state of North Dakota.

So, when we started breaking down and doing the case studies, we had to figure out a way to give partial credit for multi answers to a test item. So that was huge trying to figure that out. And then the independent and unfolding case studies will be included in the NCLEX-PN. So, here, you can see a comparison, but between the 2020 test plan and the 2023.
