The focus statement is indicated by this arrow prompts the candidate to review the nurses' note at 1115. This item type is a drag-and-drop cloze which is a variation of the extended drag-and-drop item type. The candidate would have to complete the sentence by dragging the tokens, the word choices, to the targets, the boxes within the phrase. There may be more than one phrase for drag-and-drop cloze items. This is an analyze cues item because the candidate has to identify multiple possible conditions that the client may be at risk to experience.
