    So remember, in the standard setting, even though we do it in a very rigorous manner, actually, there's no true value in it. It is related to the mission of organization and examinations. For us, the mission is for public protection. So, that's why, when we set a standard, we need to keep that mission in our mind. What standard going to help you protect the public? And the standard should be revisited when the test specifications, scope of practice, education programs, and other factors change. That's why, every time, when we change our test plan, when we change some scope of practice, we need to re-evaluate our standard.
