All processes will remain the same for the candidate. They will just see the new program code in place of the old code, as you can see highlighted here. After the candidate has completed the registration process, you will be able to view their registration on the NCLEX administration site, as is currently the case. The program code information will remain in the same location on the site, just as you see it here. This is an example of the NCLEX RN candidate report. Again, the program code is in the same location, with the updated code format.

So you can see that physicians are really predominating in 1 to 2, up to 51 visits per year. So this is like a hybrid thing. This is an add-on to their office. They go out and they see a patient at the end of the day. Maybe they have a day a week that they dedicate to it. But the nurse practitioners on the right-hand side of the screen are really predominating in this, over 100 visits per year area, where they are sort of working out of their car most of the week.

The nurse is caring for a 17-year-old male client who reports a recent injury to the left thoracic cage. Client reports injuring his left ribs after being struck by a mechanically pitched baseball in a batting cage last week.
