(NCSBN) | 2008 5EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Summary A non-experimental design was used to investi- gate survey administration methods (paper versus Web) comparing differences in demographic char- acteristics of respondents, as well as priority and frequency of nursing activities. There was a sig- nifi cantly higher response rate for paper over Web administration method. There were some differenc- es in the demographics of the participants across the two administration methods which were not practically signifi cant. Results of the activity ratings (paper versus Web) were highly correlated and the rank ordering of the activity statements were simi- lar.

Demographic Information Fifty-nine percent of the respon- dents were ADN graduates and 41% graduated from BSN programs. Eight percent of the respondents were male. Although there were no differences in gender between ADN and BSN graduates, significant differences were found in their racial and ethnic backgrounds (see Table 1). BSN graduates included a larger number of those of Asian descent (BSN 7.9%; ADN 3.7%; X2(1) = 6.4, p<.01), and a smaller number of individuals of Hispanic descent (BSN 2.6%; ADN 7.7%; X2(1) = 9.3, p<.002) than ADN graduates.

Educators around the nation have expressed concerns about the growing use of LLMs and how to address this emerging trend in relation to the school’s code of conduct, academic dishonesty and plagiarism (Pechacek & Austin, 2023). This article will discuss the different factors that come into play when incorporating AI, specifically LLMs, into nursing education along with challenges and recommendations for nurse educators. Key terms AI can be broadly described as the power of a machine to copy intelligent human behavior (National Institutes of Health [NIH], 2018).

Independent variables included elements of curriculum, faculty and program charac- teristics with confounding variables being student attributes, transition activities and practice char- acteristics. To examine the relationship between outcome measures and independent variables, multiple regression analyses were conducted when data on the dependant variables were continuous and logistic regression analyses performed when dependent variables were dichotomous. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN) | 2006 17 Description of Respondents Nursing Programs The majority of the respondents (84.1% of RNs and 83.7% of LPN/VNs) who completed the program surveys were heads or associate heads of nursing education programs.

REx-PN results will be mailed by a candidate's nursing regulatory body. Wait to receive a new ATT. Schedule a new exam appointment. Scenarios that Render Invalid Results A testing irregularity occurs. There is an apparent discrepancy in, or falsification of, a test taker's identification. A test taker engages in misconduct or irregular behavior. A test taker violates the  candidate rules  or otherwise breaches their Confidentiality Agreement.
