Thus, media literacy can complement health literacy. If educators, regulators and other health professionals can work in concert to promote media literacy, the public will surely cultivate greater immunity to misleading medical memes and potentially lethal links. This rule is used when candidates are instructed to choose a specific number of responses. So let's go through some examples. The most common item type for the 0/1 scoring rule is the multiple choice item. When selecting the correct option, an examinee earns one point. By contrast, selecting the wrong option results in no earned points. The next item type is a matrix multiple choice. Examinees are required to make a single selection for each row. Conceptually, this can be thought of as a series of multiple choice items across the rows. The max number of points for these items are the number of rows.

Of the breastfeeding mothers, 79% reported marijuana use while pregnant, compared with 15% of mothers of infants who were fed formula. In multivariate regression analysis, the infant’s exposure to marijuana during breastfeeding in the first month was associated with 14 ± 5 points decrease in motor scores after controlling for tobacco, alcohol, and cocaine use during pregnancy and lactation. There was no effect of marijuana use in the third month of life while breastfeeding. Marijuana use in the first trimester of pregnancy confounded these results, and it was not clear whether exposure prenatally or during breastfeeding had more association.
