A national quantitative study of five years of NRB annual reports of nursing programs; and 3. A national qualitative study of five years of NRB site visit documents.

Transcript_2021NCLEX_epetersen.pdf
This could include multiple different tabs, history and physical, a medications tab, could be a diagnostic result but in this particular example, we have a nurses' note. So it's a six-month-old client. We are in a pediatric unit. The client has increased irritability, has a G tube that is leaking. The client has had this G tube for two weeks due to a diagnosis of failure to thrive. The site of the G tube is covered with a dressing that is saturated with old formula. Upon removal of the dressing, the skin surrounding the feeding tube site has some breakdown where it's noted that there's erythema and some flaking. At the insertion site, there is some thick yellow drainage and the feeding tube itself is loose in the insertion site.
