    The adequate supervision part isn't defined, and we're anticipating that that's going to cause some confusion in the near future. For administration, the physicians can delegate to PAs, APRNs, or RNs. Notably, LVNs, paramedics, EMTs, and unlicensed personnel are excluded. This is stricter than the other general Texas delegation rules. The on-site requirements mirror what is already in the Medical Board rules, and that a BLS-trained person has to be on-site with a supervisor available. Written protocols and notice requirements also align with the Medical Board rules. So where are we in Texas today?
