    Alaska – State Affairs has attempted  on three occasions to amend the  NLC on to other bills, but were   unsuccessful. There is good  momentum going into next year’s  legislative session.     APRN:  Arizona – the bill is still alive,  although the legislature is nearing  the end of their session and  adjournment will largely depend on  when the legislature has a budget  deal.
