If you create a new Speed Memo from your inbox, be sure to include the name of the nurse and as much information as possible so the recipient can easily locate the individual in Nursys. The Sent folder contains all Speed Memos that have been sent by your jurisdiction to another jurisdiction. This is helpful if you need to locate a previously sent Speed Memo. The items in the sent box also include the ID of the Nursys user who originally sent the Speed Memo. To help keep your inbox clutter- free, completed Speed Memos can be archived.
