Reuben Argel Area I Member, Washington 2025-2027 Reuben Argel is the Director of Nursing Assistant Education for the Washington State Board of Nursing, is a retired Army Officer and has been a registered nurse since 1997. He aspires to lead in nursing regulatory excellence to protect those living in his current home state of Washington, as well as across the NCSBN membership. Maureen Bentz Area II Member, North Dakota 2024-2026 Maureen Bentz, commonly known as “Moe” is the Director of Administrative Services and Licensing at the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
