Now that our judges have completed two rounds of item rating one by one, we will use their round two ratings to calculate the cut score. Let's look at a simple example with two judges and three items. Here, for the 3 items, Judge 1 ratings are 0.38, 0.56, and 0.88. And sum it up, the total test score is 1.82 for Judge 1. And Judge 2 ratings are 0.34, 0.58, and 0.86. So sum it up, we get the total score of 1.78 for Judge 2. We average the 2 total scores from the 2 judges, and we get 1.8.
