I think I've emphasized that pretty heavily in this presentation. I hope I have. I can't say enough about trust and collaboration. I think it's important. You know, I've been in this role for quite a number of years. I've been a nurse in Delaware for over 40 years. So I have I believe good trust within the nurses in Delaware, and I think that we collaborated exceptionally well in order to be able to get this legislation passed. And the other piece is that the leadership of all the organizations, it says a lot for them as well as how they work together and everyone came together again with the common message of increasing access to care.

Again, Layer 4 conditioning factors include knowledge and experience with client observations, time pressure cues (perioperative, up to and including postoperative Day #3), and medical record. In this case study, by postoperative Day #3, the client should be ambulating with minimal assistance; this is good progress at this time. However, the client’s pain is not being adequately managed because the client is not using the incentive spirometer and is instead taking a maximum dose of pain medication via patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) device hourly.

All rights reserved. 5 for instance, there are two underlying performance characteristics associated with your program that are deemed deficiencies based on the statistical analysis, then that would be kind of a medium-tier and then anything greater than two. This is all dynamic. This is all flexible. Nothing here is set in stone, and it can evolve based on essentially good feedback that we received from you as we move forward with this project. What you can see then here is I kind of have a dual view, but in these presentations naturally, the top one when you try and get all the information, it gets super, super small, and even I can't see it and I'm right in front of the screen.

I don't know if you caught the story I mentioned in my session, it might have been a time where we were having a little technical issue, but I was on a faculty where one person just lectured and spoon-fed and gave them study guides, and then the rest of us were trying to promote thinking and action, and she got great evaluations, and we didn't get very good evaluations. And once she left and the students realized that this is college, this is thinking, you're going to be out there making life and death decisions, then the bad evaluations stopped. So again, if everybody's on the same page philosophically with adult learning, then you shouldn't have that issue. - Okay, fantastic.
