    Research priorities include, but are not limited to, continued competence, patient safety, prevention of errors, licensure, discipline, regulation of nursing education, integration of the internationally educated nurse into the U.S. workforce, and nursing regulation issues outside the U.S. Awards will range from $2,500 to a maximum of $300,000. Proposals are due by Dec. 1, 2006, and awards will be announced on Jan.15, 2007.
