Candidates are doing very well in the clinical judgment items in case studies. We've also heard a lot of great stories about the extra preparation and focus on preparing students to be ready for the introduction of clinical judgment into the exam. So this extra push to prepare students could also play into this. I think this type of dedication to prepare your students, not just to be ready to take the exam but to be prepared to problem solve and apply good clinical judgment skills as nurses in the field, should be commended. You all deserve a big thank you and compliments for this dedication in this.
