We do not differentiate the level 2 sub-competencies. However, so a program may decide whether they want to award a master's degree or a DNP degree for those advanced-level competencies. However, there are other...what we say is there are other ways to differentiate a master's at the DNP.

- [Woman 2] Yes. - Massachusetts. Aw. - We don't get a lot of self-report. - I know. - It's a real issue. - It's an issue. - Yeah. - And I'll tell you what, I'm going to pick on Massachusetts for a minute. Massachusetts has a great program. They've got a great website.

"Are clouds more secure than physical servers on-site?" - Well, I think the argument could be made that they could potentially be more secure. When you think of all the layers that would need to be put into place if you did it on your own, you know, ensuring that you have proper backups, ensuring that they're encrypted as Carl said, these big providers have the ability to do that at a greater scale.

Leadership for Public Sector Organizations," which is four years of my published work. No chapters more than five pages. Some are just three or four, but it gets into emotional intelligence and AI, change management, and knowledge management and AI. So it gets into a lot of contemporary issues. And both are available on amazon.com and also in Kindle. So with that, I really thank you for your time. I've really enjoyed it. If you'd like to know more about some of the things that I think about, I do have a site called sharkbytes.net.

We're going to update the ones that we do keep and we're likely to have even additional ones to support the four chapters. ©2021 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. All rights reserved. 9 - Thank you. Next question is from Kathryn Sexson. She asks, "Does the NTF document address face- to-face and remote site visits?" - Yes, yes. And in fact, you know, in some ways it really hasn't changed from the last NTF. We believe in the evaluation of students and whatever modality is needed to get the evaluation to see if they're meeting competencies for the levels of the classes that they're in.

The ones presented here are actually demographic and practice characteristics, the Nurse Practitioner Organizational Climate Questionnaire, and nurse practitioner reports, what they're saying about the quality of care in their hospitals. And, of course, we used the typical descriptive and inferential statistics to examine these nurse practitioners by practice site. We found that we had survey responses from 1,263 acute care nurse practitioners and 2,343 primary care nurse practitioners. We did see a significant difference in age, the acute care nurses had a tendency to be a bit younger, on average, 47.9 years of age, where primary care nurse practitioners were 50 years of age.

Feedback is then provided based on aggregating the ratings of all panelists, and this feedback is followed by group discussion. Panelists then assign their second-round ratings, which again are aggregated into a single measure reflecting the work of the entire panel. Notably, the modified Angoff method was designed for what are known as dichotomous items, i.e., items where a response is either right or wrong. However, one of the changes associated with the Next Generation NCLEX is the adoption of partial credit (or polytomous) scoring for many of the items.

We're talking about brainstorming. We're talking about taking action in a realistic clinical experience. And as we go through this, be thinking about what class does this belong in? So here's your patient assignment, Mrs. Lu. She had a triple lumen catheter right subclavian. Her CD4 count really low. The insertion site, red, tender with a bit of crusted material underneath that transparent dressing.

But for what we're saying, we're saying, no, you can do this within a credit course, you know, model. And it does not have to be...we're not talking about time variable. So comparing the two, competency-based education, traditional and a competency-based format. Now, some of you may have seen this, but I think this analogy is great, and it really comes back to mind, is we're not talking about people just tweaking their curriculum, going in and adding a few experiences here and there, changing a couple clinical experiences, adding a couple different assessments.

I just probably should exercise those rights a little bit more politely sometimes. So, one thing I just want to note here, and I didn't know this, they really are, to their credit, the Institute for Justice, and Paul Sherman, who's a nice enough guy, is honest and upfront about his intentions to do exactly this, to eliminate licensure.
