Criminal Background Check/Court System Records If your jurisdiction allows, conduct a criminal history search to determine if licensee has any criminal issues that the Board has not reviewed. If an unreviewed offense is located, you may wish to request certified copies of appropriate court records. Many jurisdictions post court records online.
