That way, brand names, as we know, can change and we want to make sure again back to that kind of core fundamental piece. We want to make sure that everyone understands what the question is asking.     So we did have joint meetings between NCSBN customer service and the Missouri licensure team, and then NCSBN graciously recorded a session where we walked through this whole Nursys e-Notify enrollment piece and shared screenshots. So we shared our screenshots of what our renewal portal looks like, they shared theirs. And we also adapted messaging and FAQs. But that is vitally important because you will have situations where individuals will, of course, reach out to Nursys customer service. And I mean, I don't have to explain how customers are to you, but, you know, they don't understand what part is Missouri and what part is Nursys.

They have sort of scripted FAQs and a few things that they can look up. If there's something that they can't handle, they then escalate it to my team in Chicago, and of course, we're available 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. So sometimes people have to wait until Monday to get an answer.
