    All Commission meetings shall be open to the public, except as set forth in Commission Rules or as otherwise provided by the Compact. Prior public notice shall be as follows: 1. Publication of notice of each meeting will be posted at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting on the Commission’s website or another website designated by the Commission; and 2. Notice will be distributed by e-mail to interested parties who have requested in writing to receive such meeting notices. A meeting may be closed to the public if the Commission determines by a majority vote of the Commissioners that there exists at least one of the conditions for closing a meeting, as provided by the Compact.

We also give a lot of credit not only to the research team that you were introduced to earlier, but also to the team at Indiana University for helping us, again, reach out to these schools, get contact information, and to follow up, send, and review recruitment emails and the responses that we received.
