    ICRS is an educational initiative, presented by NCSBN, that offers online and blended courses designed to cultivate and elevate nursing leaders and policymakers around the world. Withdrawing from a term-based program course will remove the course from the Canvas learning platform dashboard. Any learner who does not log into the Canvas learning platform or does not interact with course materials by the conclusion of week two is subject to the following program status change: 1- Removal from the course; 2- A designation of Incomplete status for the course. Any learner added to a course from the waitlist will have additional time provided to complete all past due modules, assignments, and activities as outlined in the course syllabus.

    Additional confound- ing issues may arise from marijuana potency that has, in general, increased with time (13). Effects of Marijuana Use on Pregnancy Cannabinoids, whether endogenous or plant derived, exert their central nervous system effects via cannabi- noid receptor type 1. Animal models demonstrate that endocannabinoids play key roles in normal fetal brain development, including in neurotransmitter systems, and neuronal proliferation, migration, differentiation, and survival (14). Human fetuses exhibit central nervous sys- tem cannabinoid receptor type 1 as early as 14 weeks of gestation, with increasing receptor density with advanc- ing gestational age, which suggests a role for endocan- nabinoids in normal human brain development (15, 16).
