    Regarding clinical judgment, everyone receive three operational case study scenarios, with additional standalone items following the minimum length exam. With this approach, your exam will comply with the NCLEX test plan regardless of the number of items. In this presentation, I want to emphasize that item type is not part of the item selection algorithms, so that it is possible that you won't encounter all NCLEX item types in your exam.     So I think that the example that I had mentioned was the client with both acute coronary syndrome and with hypertension. So you can see when those fleshed out, the hypertension one kind of became more about stroke, and the acute coronary syndrome was obviously about myocardial infarction.
