    While the number of exams scheduled for international test centers during the first quarter of FY-24 were lower than the first quarter of FY-23, they remained significantly higher than numbers prior to FY-21. In FY-23, the initial phase of the feasibility and development of a potential transition to a remote proctoring exam was completed. During this first phase of the project the vendor completed the final milestone in the project plan to develop the connection software that would be required for a Remotely Proctored Exam. On December 31, 2023, total expenditures from the inception of the project equaled $34.8 million.
