Nurse License Verification The Nurse License Verification service enables nurses to verify their license(s) from a Nursys verification participating board when applying for endorsement into another state. Nurses can verify their licenses by completing the Nursys verification process for $30 per license type, per each board of nursing where the nurse is applying. The Quarterly Program reports are dynamic reports and will show revised information as soon as the corrections are made. Please note that the Quarterly reports cover different time frames and candidate groups, therefore the total number of candidates may differ from report to report. Keep this in mind when making comparisons across reports. Contact NCSBN at programreports@ncsbn.org with any questions about the reports. If a candidate must be removed from the reports for accuracy of reporting, but the correct school code is not known, a special code may be used as a placeholder in order to remove the candidate from the report.
