So for our new grad hires, if you look to the right on this chart, the percent of new grads no longer working in the ICU. I had 2.8% and the non-Lasater unit had 6.1%. Then if you look in the middle at NME to termination, people who no longer work at Mayo Clinic at all, our MICU had 10, almost 5% and I had 1 who was terminated. So because I have a fairly low N and all of the confounding variables that are part of orientation, I cannot draw a truly causative relationship. But I can say my nurses are more likely to stay in the ICU if they've had Lasater.
