The findings from Phases 1 and 2 comprise two large and detailed reports. In this presentation, I will try to give you an overview of the main findings of this work. So Phase 1 explored whether trans- jurisdictional mobility was potentially feasible, and what would need to be in place for this to happen.

And if there are, what nursing services that they coordinate? From there, we use those findings to inform the second phase of our research, which was a mixed methods observational study. Suffice it to know, for the purposes of this first half of the presentation, we really use the findings for phase 1 and 2 to then inform outreach to international regulators to spur a broader conversation about their takeaways, and the key findings of that research. But phases 3 and 4 are going to be discussed in the second half of the presentation. So for today, for this morning's presentation, we're really just going to focus on phases 1 and 2.
