And similarly, the mission statement was also significantly revised in the last cycle where we reduced it from a whole series of kind of bullet points down to a much more succinct statement, because really what we're here to do is to enable you to do your jobs in a way that really protects the public, and enables you to fulfill your mandate. So again, no change there. In the analysis, however, the board of directors did identify two major issues that really had occurred over the last couple of years, particularly during the COVID-19 crisis.
