Let's take a few moments to take a look at the open positions for the upcoming year. The Board of Directors is seeking exceptional leaders to fill several positions. The time commitment is two 3-day meetings, three 2-day meetings, and one 2-day strategy retreat, in addition to the Midyear and Annual meetings. Board of Directors competencies include the knowledge and skills that add to the strength and value of the collective governing body, including governance, consensus building, forecasting, and state, national and international healthcare policy.
