And so one could argue that maybe if there was AI with a trained architect and the technology to empower it, maybe they would have caught it. And so that's kind of how I go into this. And so I think the very first thing that we need to do as regulators is we need to build some ethical frameworks. ©2024 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. All rights reserved. 8 And a lot of our states are starting to build these in their states. But really in the occupational licensing space, I haven't heard it too much yet. What else did we find? We looked at the GPAs. Two point seven, 3.2, 2.2, 2.6, 2.9, 2.4, 2.6, 2.9. What do you all think that adds up to? ©2022 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. All rights reserved. 6 Certainly not a 3.4 GPA. So, we noticed that the GPAs did not add up to a 3.4. So, that's a major red flag in content. Excuse me. Okay. So, document appearance. Possibly forged or altered, as the signature was not that of the school administrator that the licensing officers once recognize.

Well, I mean the most obvious way is that having a criminal history just makes it really often very difficult for folks to reenter society and especially when you consider that by far the most common form of collateral consequence deals with employment. And that's not just [00:07:30] speaking to the licensing aspect of it, it's, you know, actually going and getting a job at a hospital setting can be sometimes prohibitive, right? It doesn't do you any really good if you have the license but can't use it. So, certainly, again, starting to try to think of these ©2022 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc.
