    You and your second will need to meet with the parliamentarian in the Lugano Room to fine tune your main motion/resolution for Resolutions Committee review. Parliamentarian office hours are as follows:  Wednesday, August 13, 3:00-5:30pm Thursday, August 14, 2:00-3:00pm   You and your second will sign and submit your final resolution via online form.   An electronic version of your motion form will be sent to you and all Resolutions Committee meeting attendees for reference (President, President-elect, Parliamentarian, Legal Counsel, CEO and select staff).
