    And if there are, what nursing services that they coordinate? From there, we use those findings to inform the second phase of our research, which was a mixed methods observational study. Suffice it to know, for the purposes of this first half of the presentation, we really use the findings for phase 1 and 2 to then inform outreach to international regulators to spur a broader conversation about their takeaways, and the key findings of that research. But phases 3 and 4 are going to be discussed in the second half of the presentation. So for today, for this morning's presentation, we're really just going to focus on phases 1 and 2.

    It's considered a schedule 5 pharmaceutical, that's the lowest schedule as you're aware of, it's considered the least dangerous, the most safe, so forth and so on, almost just a notch above an over-the-counter drug. But at the same time, CBD is also a schedule 1 drug. It's schedule 5 as a pharmaceutical, the molecule, and schedule 1 if it's not a pharmaceutical. So again, you have a contradiction. How can the same substance be schedule 1, the most dangerous, with no medical value, and schedule 5? That's the situation the FDA and the DEA has put us in today.
