    It is not made public, and it's used to guide the selection of discipline or sanctions for licensees that potentially may violate the Wyoming Nurse Practice Act and administrative rules and regulations. Who uses it? Staff, assigned attorneys. We have a prosecuting attorney and an advising attorney who are employed by the state. They're in the Attorney General's office, but they're assigned to our licensing boards and also the assigned board members. We assign board members to cases based on, usually, area of expertise. If we have an LPN case, usually, the LPN will get that complex cases which are oftentimes APRN cases, we'll go to our APRN or RN members.
