1. What is the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) and how does it work? The NLC enables an RN or LPN/VN who has primary state of residence (PSOR) in an NLC state to hold one multistate license which is valid for practice in all NLC states, whether the practice is in person or via telehealth.

And so, they were they looked at about 500 and really, they found a lot of similar characteristics to what we've already heard about. So, the old white males were getting in trouble, but they found some other interesting things. So for example, rurality and urbanity was mentioned earlier. In North Carolina, there's a 2:1 ratio between urban-based physicians and rural physicians. But in terms of prescribing cases, it's actually a 10:1 ratio. And finally [00:37:30] it's, kind of, like what I've said, my job is a lot of just looking around the country, seeing what other states are doing, trying to find best practices, and hopefully keep moving in the right direction. And with that, I would open it up to any questions. - [Woman 1] Questions? - [Woman 2] I have a question [00:38:00] when you're filing the information when they get licensed despite their convictions, are you all paying attention whether facilities actually hire them afterwards or not?
