Yes, for the practice analysis, we do include nurses having six months or less experience. And to be more accurate, actually, practice analysis include nurses with 12 month or less working experience. For those respondents, you can imagine some may have 1 month of working experience, some may have 6 months of working experience, and some may have 12 month of working experience. And for each survey respondent, they look at the activities they are doing in their last shift, and three questions are asked.
