So a group of collaborators build this model, how to extract pain assessments, pain interventions and outcomes from the EHR. Right? And we found, for example, the numeric rate scale 0 to 10, right? Very simple. Zero to 10 numbers. There is no mistake. No, it cannot be 11, cannot be -1, -2. But the way that this system is built, they created 72 different ways of collecting 0 to 10, right? So if I don't know, if I don't have that information, I will not know how that pain is. But that is just to illustrate how important is the data that we collect, the accuracy of that data.

Those files could be in my office. They could be anywhere from a 1/2-inch thick to literally binders, depending on the case, you know, with hundreds, if not thousands of pages of documents, especially if we were dealing with patient records where there had been a long period of diversion going on in a facility and it had taken a long time for the facility to catch up with them.
