That, for me, is a huge strategic question that needs to be addressed. What have we already got in place? And this is just an example. So, in relation to some of the work that we are doing, we have something called Nursys, which is a product of the collaboration of all of the state boards. It's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It provides an accurate, up-to-date analysis of how many LPNs and RNs that are in the licensing system. And for those of you that haven't actually added in your APRN data, here's a plug, please talk to Noah [SP] so we can see how we can move that forward as well.
