Federal Data Bank Reporting Factually Sufficient Narrative Descriptions – What You Need to Know The narrative description must have enough information so that a knowledgeable reviewer can determine clearly the circumstances of the action or surrender. Merely repeating the adverse action or basis for action code is not factually sufficient. The purpose of the narrative is to provide future queriers with a clear understanding of the nature of and reasons for the event that led to the reported action.

So whether they're a professional member of the board or a public or a consumer member on the board, I would like to see us find ways to encourage them early on in their tenure as a board member to get involved with National Council and potentially run for the board of directors.
