I had been burned enough by computers networking and power going out that I still like paper, and it's really impressive when you have a three-inch binder for the auditor, and as he's asking you questions you throw out sheets of paper to him. Like, yes, we do this, and yes, we do that, so you not only are organized, you look organized, very important. The references are listed there, the pre-audit questionnaire, the security policy 5.6 appendix J.

That's what we should be thinking. This is how we should do it. And by the way, then when they're adult, do they make mistakes? Yeah. I just talked to my kid the other day and I went, "Remember that box back there? Yeah, you had trouble there. You probably need to go back there." And son, best way to avoid a problem, don't be there. So what are we doing?

Quality indicators for a nursing program and red flags are warning signs. And as I started putting together a table, looking at those main quality indicators and then looking at the red flags, there was a pretty good match. So, that was a great thing to find. And as I mentioned quality indicators, Nancy is going to have a red flag to raise when there was a red flag about that same area. So, there were 18 quality indicators identified and 11 red flag areas.

There can be many variations of this. And sometimes when it's choose the first, that means all are applicable. It's just making that critical decision, critical thinking point, in which one would they actually take first. And then some other question types will actually ask a specific number. - Okay.

There are minor differences between them. And then the rules of evidence can be different in different states. And I'm saying all this because I want to make the point that reasonable minds can differ on when there is enough evidence. I'm also saying this because I really would like some participant participation when we're going through cases.

She submitted proof of licensure to her school. Her school did the right thing. She presented them a copy, a paper copy, of a license, proof of licensure. So, they went to our website to perform a primary source verification. And they were very confused as to why, when they put in the license number, they came up with someone else's information. So then they tried searching for her by just her demographic information. And when they did, nothing came up. So, they contacted our office and said, "Hey, is there a glitch in your system?

There were two answers that were really close." The multiple-choice question had four options, right? What are we learning about the next generation NCLEX? Select all that apply is going to have way more than that just like when you're a nurse. When you walk into that patient's room, you don't get four options, you get 10 options, and you've got to decide.

There could be problems, but what could be a problem could also be something to harness and taking advantage of, in that, what scientists have found, again, preclinical studies. For example, with chemotherapy agents, when they combine team with every agent that are very toxic, with CBD or THC, it requires less of a dosage of the chemotherapy agent to do what it was meant to do, which is obviously a positive.

There's nothing like the word of mouth and the excitement that goes with that. I know that the internet and the social media is wonderful, I guess. But there is still nothing like hearing from a colleague that you treasure, their excitement when they say, "This is happening. Have we thought about this? What do you think about it? You've got to read it." So we need all of us here to take it back to our own shops.

You know, I hear all the time when I'm, you know, interviewing the complainant, you know, a nurse manager who had to report one of her staff, who'd been there for 15 years, who had a close relationship with the licensee, "This is so sad. What's going to happen to her next? Is she going to lose her license forever?
