    Only 33 out of 100 Pattys will get it correctly. So, the rating is 0.33. In our workshop, we would have nine judges and nine ratings for item one. For item 2, Judge 1 thinks it is easy and 100 Pattys on average can get 1.25 points out of 2. Judge 2 thinks it is hard and 100 Pattys on average can only get 0.83 out of 2. If you add two items together for Judge 1, you got 1.75, for Judge 2, it is 1.16. Then you take average.
