Pay attention to what has heart and meaning — when I do that, I feel I can stay focused on what’s really important.

    It wasn't that big of a deal. How do we encourage nurses to have the time and improve reporting numbers in these types of situations? - I think the time is partly an obstacle, but a bigger thing is just the culture. And when I came to health care from law enforcement, I was amazed to see this parallel between the two. When I came over to health care, it was considered part of the job.
