    And that was done in December of 2020. And the next slide shows the great pictures of our North Dakota Association of Nurse Anesthetists. They were a very supportive group. We also had support and testimony from the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association, the North Dakota Center for Nursing, and also the North Dakota Nurses Association. In a real grassroots effort, we were able to visit with each of these entities and develop letters of support and full support from each of them. Some other support that I'd like to mention, National Council of State Boards of Nursing was definitely a phone call away or an email away.

    Around 2006 to 2009 or '10, three or four years, we took the time to go and visit all the members in the country, all the jurisdictions, except for, I think, Guam or American Samoa, we had conference calls with them. They're just too far out for us to visit. So, we had a conversation with every single member.

    So we do have this other aspect of work to practical experience that has a place in our decision making for licensure, and it's not based just on education credential alone. But it's important. So 27% of our applicants had a degree that we considered comparable, and that is educated as a generalist for 3 or 4 years after 12 years of primary and secondary education.

    So two days later, she doesn't see a change, you know. Tiki's still coughing, and she even used the word, "Sounds like Tiki was having a death rattle." So this is a real concern. She was still having difficulty. She had a vaporizer. Things weren't getting better. So three days later, she went for a second visit, which is where this slide picks up. This time you have a different vet there, and this time the veterinarian performs x-rays. He says, "Ooh, there's a severe pleural effusion," basically, fluid in the lungs. I just wanted to show off, you know, pleural effusion, you know.
