    So our case managers implemented, at the request of our participants, some contact time. So they were setting up Zoom. Sometimes they were on there for 10 minutes. Sometimes it would go almost an hour. So they were really building some support in there for them. We also started a big network with the AA/NA of some support groups for them because I would agree with Myrtle, one of those things that was really vital for our participants, that they find is that connection in those support groups.

    Well, then that changes the story, right? You become a resident of that state and you need to get a new license, new driver's license, new compact license. But, for the most part, travel nurses visit other states temporarily, okay? So, you know, I always think of the difference as when you're going to another state, are you taking a moving van, a U-Haul truck, or are you just taking a suitcase because you intend to come back and it is when you're making those permanent moves that you need to get a new license in the new state.

    So for burn patients who are coming in the critical care. They're in a very intensive position. They need a lot of hands of staff to care for the patient. And if it's a chemical burn, they end up needing to have one of those critical care nurses standing for 7 to 10 hours with a water source cleaning off and irrigating the patient's burns.
