    Current, there is language in the Model Act about sexual offenders and I'm sorry, it's currently in rule. This is one of the things that we took from rule and felt that it needed to go to act because bars to licensure need to be legislatively authorized. Boards do not have the jurisdictional authority to bar anyone from licensing. Initial inclusion in the model rules and we wanted to make sure that the language was clear in statute.
